You can return items within 14 days of receipt or request a different size. Please register every return in the returns portal; there you can specify the reason and, if applicable, your desired new size, and you will receive all next steps.
Important notes for returns and exchanges
- Condition of the goods: Only unworn, clean items in their original packaging can be accepted.
- Deadline: 14 days from receipt for returns and exchanges.
- Documents: Please include the delivery note or your order number.
- Defects/damage: Report defects in the portal or contact us immediately.
- Costs: Returns registered via the returns portal are free of charge; you will receive a shipping label directly. For exchanges, we cover the shipping of the new item.

You will receive the return address and detailed shipping instructions in the returns portal. Please do not send any return without registering it first.
